This Policy does not apply to independently operated travel suppliers, hosts, organizers, payment processors, social networks, or third-party websites, except to the extent we expressly control their processing of information.
Sovereign Journeys Travel, LLC is responsible for the personal-information practices described in this Policy, except where another party is identified.
Some hosts, organizers, travel suppliers, and professional partners may independently determine how they use information disclosed to them. Complete payment credentials are generally collected and processed by payment providers or travel suppliers and are not stored directly by us.

Create and manage accounts, member profiles, bookings, participant records, waitlists, and community features

Trip pages may show participating members to other registered participants.
Do not place passport details, payment credentials, medical information, home addresses, or other sensitive information in public or member-visible fields.
Hosts, organizers, administrators, and support personnel may receive information reasonably necessary to operate an event, including:

Access should be limited to legitimate operational needs. However, an independent host may also be responsible for its own handling of participant information.
Messages sent through Weekend Campouts should not be treated as confidential or end-to-end encrypted unless the Service expressly states otherwise.
We may access message content when reasonably necessary to:
Deliver the messaging feature
Investigate misuse or a reported concern
Protect the safety of members or participants
Comply with applicable law
Resolve a technical or customer-support issue
For hosted group travel, we may collect and disclose information needed for:

Information you publish or choose to display through a profile, post, comment, group, event, review, photograph, or video may be visible to other members or the public, depending on the feature and your settings.
Other people may copy, capture, reshare, or retain visible content. We cannot control what others do with information you intentionally make available.
Deleting an account or post may not remove copies:
Retained by other users
Included in system backups
Required for legal, security, or safety purposes
Preserved in aggregated or de-identified form
A host or organizer may receive participant information needed to operate an event.
Hosts and organizers must use that information only for legitimate event, safety, communication, and legal purposes and must protect it appropriately.
Some hosts or organizers may be independent businesses rather than our employees or service providers. When an independent party determines its own purposes and methods for using information, it is independently responsible for those practices.
Questions about an independent party’s use of information should be directed to that party. You may also report privacy concerns to us.
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:
