The hotel matters more than most people realize. To protect the quality of your experience, we require all accommodation to be booked through our team.

The Curated Journey gives you a thoughtfully designed foundation without removing you from the planning process. We’ll help you choose and book accommodations, develop a personalized itinerary, and recommend the places and experiences genuinely worth your time.
You’ll receive insider destination knowledge, trusted recommendations, and access to vetted experiences while retaining responsibility for details such as dining reservations, local transportation, and individual activity bookings.
Because accommodations shape the location, pacing, and overall quality of your vacation, all lodging must be reserved through Adventure Vacations by Stacey.

I can coordinate hotels, cruises, private tours, transfers, and other experiences as part of your vacation. I can also provide guidance on the best flight options and assist with airfare when appropriate. The exact booking support included will depend on the planning service you select.
Can you help if I already know where I want to go?
Absolutely. If you already have a destination in mind, I can help determine the best timing, neighborhoods, accommodations, experiences, and overall itinerary. I’ll refine your ideas, fill in the missing details, and make sure the trip flows smoothly from beginning to end.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For most international vacations, contacting me six to twelve months in advance is ideal. Luxury expedition cruises, holiday travel, milestone trips, and complex private-group vacations may require even more time. Shorter-notice requests may be possible depending on availability and the scope of the trip.
Do you plan travel for families or private groups?
Yes. I plan vacations for couples, families, friends, and private groups. I can coordinate different room needs, interests, activity levels, arrival schedules, and budgets while creating an experience that still feels cohesive for everyone.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
I’ll review your travel dates, interests, priorities, approximate budget, and planning needs. If the request is a good fit, you’ll receive an invitation to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, and I’ll recommend the best planning service and explain the next steps.

Yes. Full-service planning clients receive access to organized travel documents and support if an issue arises during the trip.
